Salmon-A-Rama 2023

Salmon-A-Rama has been in existence since 1975 and is taking place this year from July 15- 23, 2023. Now headquartered at Reefpoint Marina in beautiful Racine, Wisconsin, along the shores of Lake Michigan, it is the world's largest freshwater fishing tournament.

This 9 day long tournament consists of 4 divisions, including:

• Shore
• Boat
• Kayak
• Youth

There are also mini contests, as well as a sponsored Fish of the Day. Many cash prizes (over $80,000) are available for prize winning fish, based upon your division and species of fish caught (Chinook, Coho Salmon, Brown, Rainbow & Lake Trout); with the Grand Prize being $21,250 and a Yamaha T9.9 LPHB motor (worth over $3000) – winner is responsible for all income taxes.

Also, keep in mind that mid July is known to be a great time for catching large Salmon between Kenosha and Milwaukee.
